WHY INSULATE?
Insulation protects you all year round from the extremes of outside temperatures and noise.

Studies have shown that insulated buildings use 50% less energy to be cooled in summer or heated in winter. This reduces Greenhouse Gas Emissions saving our non-renewable fossil fuels.

Insulation also creates a quieter living environment as airborne noise from external and room to room sources is greatly reduced by bulk insulation batts.

WHY USE SKYLIGHTS?
Skylights collect sunlight and conduct it down a reflective tube into a dark room to provide brilliant luminance.

New skylight technology offers a more discreet alternative to the imposing white rooftop "bubble" associated with traditional skylights and to eliminate the problem of heat transfer through an open shaft.

Tubular angle adaptors allow for easy installation and the reflective tubing is especially suitable for two-storey applications.

WHY USE VENTILATION?
Ventilation is simply the process of replacing stale, hot air with clean, fresh air. Vents extract super heated roof space air enabling it to be replaced by fresh air through tiles or under eave vents. If left unattended, roof space temperatures can reach a staggering 70 degrees celsius in summer.

Ducted air conditioning systems operate far more efficiently with ventilation and this helps to reduce energy bills.
